Two Lakeside Town Homes were combined to create a beautiful, seven bedroom property complete with radiant floors, commercial grade appliances, seven steam showers and a large gas fireplace. The property is conveniently located within walking distance to the Deer Valley Café, on the free Deer Valley Shuttle and on the Park City Bus Line. You can also easily walk to Old Town from this location. A perfect getaway for a memorable ski vacation!
There are three levels of gracious living in this spacious town home. The Upper Floor includes a large Master King Suite including a 60 inch TV and Master Bathroom with Jetted Tub and Separate, Walk in Steam Shower. There is an additional set of Bunks on the upper floor in a separate room with a Twin bed custom built over a Full Bed. A Full Bathroom on the Main Floor of the town home serves as a private bathroom for this room. The Main Floor of the house also has a King bedroom (that upon request can be separated into two twin sized beds) with a large TV and a full bathroom next to the room... both of these full bathrooms also have a steam shower.
The Main Floor of the house has a large, open living area that combines a Den, Kitchen, Dining Area, Sitting area around a huge fireplace, Living Room, Game Table and Separate Bar. Sub Zero Refrigerator, Viking Gas Range and Cooktop are some of the high end appliances in the Kitchen and are complimented on the other end of the Main Floor with a Wet Bar that includes a Sub Zero Wine & Drink Refrigerator with a stand alone Ice cube maker and a Dishwasher. Two TV viewing areas are located on the Main Floor... the den off the kitchen has a new Sony UHD 4K 55 inch TV with Sonos Sound Bar and an Apple TV for your streaming needs. The Sound Bar and Ceiling Speakers can also be used separately for streaming music services and a Pandora Account is available for your use during your stay.. or add your own music preferences! The Living Room TV is a 65 inch Pioneer with Surround Sound, DVD Player and DVR capacity. With Two separate areas to enjoy Gathering around different media your group has multiple opportunities to enjoy the various living spaces of this town home. Or just sit in one of the two Oversized Chairs in front of the beautiful floor to ceiling Fireplace and enjoy a peaceful setting for reading a book!
The Lower Level of this Townhome has Four Bedrooms: Three King Bedrooms with Bathrooms Ensuite and the Fourth Bathroom in the Hall next to the Twin Bedroom. Two of these Three King Bedrooms can also be set up as Twins according to your lodging preference. All Bathrooms have a Steam Shower and each Bedroom has a separate TV. The Lower Level also includes a Laundry Room with Two Wash Machines and One Dryer. Access to the Two Car Garage is Located on the Lower Level.
The Lakeside Community includes a common area Heated Swimming Pool and Two Common Area Hot Tubs. The Community is Serviced by the Deer Valley Shuttle System, picking up Guests on a Twenty Minute Interval and Transporting them to and from the Deer Valley Slopes from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The Free Park City Bus System has a Bus Stop at the Entrance to the Lakeside as well, for a five minute ride to Old Town, Park City or a two minute ride up to Snow Park Lodge.

Résumé: Great stay at this property. It's very well appointed, big, and super close to skiing. In addition to plenty of beds and bedrooms, one of the best things about it was that there are multiple different common areas - essentially two separate living room/den areas on the main floor, plus a spacious dining room, so everyone had tons of space to spread out. Terry was highly responsive the entire time. We are going to try to rent this house again! (Tip to future renters: one of the easiest ways to get to the base at Deer Valley is to walk from the circle that the property is on through a little well-maintained sidewalk to the bottom of the Deer Valley parking lot, and use the free parking shuttle. Including the walk, it's less than 10 minutes from the door of the house to Snow Park Lodge. For skiing at PCMR or visiting downtown Park City, several free public bus routes pick up just outside of the community where this property is.)
