Our unit includes: 1 queen bed (twin air mattress can be provided for 3rd guest), seating area, 3 piece washroom, 2 tvs with access to streaming services, newly installed kitchenette with airfryer/toaster oven for cooking, microwave, dishes, cooking essentials, tea/coffee bar, small snacks/ breakfast items and paid driveway parking for 1 vehicle. Free street parting from
April 1st- November 1st

Other things to note:
We, the hosts, live on the main floor and have a toddler and baby . We do our best to control noise levels but can not guarantee you will not hear us occasionally during daytime hours. (Quiet time is from 10pm - 7am).
When booking, please indicate if 1, 2, or 3 guests will be staying so we can provide sufficient towels. This information is also important for safety reasons. A twin air mattress can be provided when booking for 3 guests. We can supply a pack and play for infants if needed (please let us know when booking if you would like this additional sleeping arrangement).
If you have any allergies, please let us know upon booking so we can do everything we can to accommodate you and make your stay as comfortable as possible.
