The Space:

Lushly landscaped backyard offers perfect private entertaining space with pool, covered terrace, and cabana bathroom.

LOCATION: The home is nested on a tree lined street in Coral Gables. Minutes to shopping, dining, Coconut Grove, Brickell, Downtown Miami and the Beaches.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing a few days before check in for availability.

MASTER BEDROOM: Features a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with oversized shower and freestanding tub, walk in closet and with picture windows to the pool and private terrace

SECOND BEDROOM: Features a queen size bed, closets and a jack and jill bathroom.

FOURTH BEDROOM: Features a queen size bed, closets and view to the pool.

OFFICE: Beautifully equipped with a marble desk and strong wifi. Work in natural light surrounded by views of the garden and pool.

KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen with Miele appliances, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and everything you'd need to cook at home during your stay.

LIVING ROOM: The home offers two living rooms, one in the front of the home that flows into the open concept dining space and another one in the rear of the home. The rear family room has a TV and ample seating. This space opens with large sliding glass doors to the pool area offering a bight and inviting experience and indoor/outdoor feel. There is a bathroom off this living room with cabana door access to the pool. Please note it has a fireplace that is not functional.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, free WiFi (400+ Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Pictured toiletries, linens and towels included. Pool Towels are available for your use. Please note, washcloths are not included in our linen and towel services.

DAMAGE PROTECTION: Instead of a refundable security deposit, the quote includes a one-time Damage Waiver Fee that covers up to $20,000 in accidental damage. A link to the damage protection waiver will be provided in your check in instructions and available through our digital guidebook.

OUTDOOR SPACE: Lush greenery surrounding the back patio featuring a large pool. Please note the pool is not heated but open year round and warm from the Southern Florida tropical climate.

PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: You can order packages to be left at the door. This is a standalone property. There is no front desk or doorman. Package retrieval and lost packages are the guest's responsibility.

EXTRAS: We offer concierge services to our guests, so if you'd like to book a service like a boat, a chef or a massage you can let us know and our concierge can arrange this and more for you.

NOTE: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. Also, the property is equipped with noise detection devices. No surveillance is located inside the home. All guests must be registered with host.

SAFETY: We follow all CDC regulations for cleaning and sanitation. Feel safe staying here as all precautionary measures are taken to ensure disinfectant surfaces in the unit. *This property has surveillance cameras on its exterior.*

The Climate & Bugs: Florida has one of the most incredible tropical climates which allows for that Summer feel all year round. However, be sure to layer on the sunscreen and keep hydrated as it can get quite hot and humid here in the sun, and be mindful of the occasional tropical rainstorms. We are lucky to have such an incredibly diverse ecosystem here in Miami, with a variety of different plants, lizards, bugs, and more. All of our properties are inspected often, and treated with pest control once a month. We share this as you may see some of these local "visitors" from time to time but we do work to mitigate and treat them regularly. :)
