Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Manicured back yard with fire pit and BBQ. Unwind after a day at the beach, Sea World, golfing, surfing or any of the many features of this great community.
Point Loma is a peninsula with sandy beaches, surf and Sunset Cliffs on one side and the beautiful San Diego Bay on the other side. This home is conveniently located between it all so you are close to many beaches and great restaurants. The space can't be beat for families wanting to unwind outside after a long day at Sea World or the Zoo. You'll find a beautiful landscaped yard and big BBQ

We provide some propane but if you need more the tanks are refillable close-by and you are responsible for getting more than the bottles we provide if doing an extended stay.
Host lives minutes away and is happy meet you give you your privacy with private entry.
Point Loma is a peninsula with sandy ocean beaches, surf and cliffs on one side and the beautiful San Diego Bay with views of the downtown skyline on the other. Home is centrally located in Point Loma, a short drive to Ocean Beach and short drive to Liberty Station, downtown San Diego, Sea World and the San Diego Zoo.
San Diego is a sprawling city. Most find that they want a car due to the bays, canyons and hills that keep our topography not in the typical city grid pattern. Uber and Lyft are readily available for those that don't like driving.
We allow pets but ONLY with notification and discussion about breed. Pet must be approved and pet fee must be paid in order to accommodate extra cleaning needed. Do not book until you have this discussion with us.
We do have a noise curfew outside at 10pm. Please keep that in mind when booking as this is a residential neighborhood and we must comply in order to keep neighbors happy. We will need you to finish your BBQ and outdoor time by 10 pm.
Do NOT book for anyone other than yourself and your guests. Booking person must be in the tenancy and overnighting as sometimes we need to be able to contact the guest. Air BnB rules state that the booking person is to be an actual guest in the home.
This is a residential neighborhood. Neighbors do not appreciate loud conversations or music in the evening outside so please be considerate as we do not want trouble by disturbing neighbors early bedtimes. Take conversations inside at night.
Park in the driveway or directly in front of the house. Neighbors appreciate keeping the street parking in front of their homes for themselves. You are also welcome to park in the spot behind the garage in the alley.
Please wash towels on heavy duty hot before leaving. Towels don't need to make it to the dryer but start them out. Run the dishwasher and gather your trash.
There is a recycle bin under the sink. San Diego recycles so please separate bottles and cans from regular trash.
All pets must be pre-approved and pay pet fee. No cats.

Résumé: We were a little bit concerned about having to park in a back alley but it's actually a very convenient having your own parking spot right up to the entrance gate of the property, instead of parking on the curb were traffic is.The place itself is very cozy, perfect for our week stay in San Diego. Both kids slept very comfortably in the family room on the futon beds and we had our own separate bedroom. The split ac units worked out perfect so the kids in the family room could have a different temperature than us in the bedroom. We were so surprised the property was so equipped with everything we could possibly need for cooking and cleaning and even laundry and shower essentials. There was also a bottle of wine and note welcoming us was from the property owner which was very thoughtful, even though we don't drink, it's the perfect type of wine to cook with. Also in the closet of the bedroom there were two folding chairs so when we wanted to walk down to the sunset cliffs to watch the sunset it was very convenient for us to grab it and go watch the sunset. We completely over packed for this trip, with this property, didn't even need most of the things we brought. We will definitely be staying here again and pack a lot less essentials that is already provided. The only small thing that was not provided was WiFi, so we used our own. The kids did enjoy having Disney+ on the TV on the nights that we were in earlier.
