PROPERTY RULES:
1) Each guest must complete registration and submit a copy of their National ID card if Colombian citizens, for foreigners you must submit a valid copy of your passport. You will be registered to the SIRE (Sistema de Informacion para el Reporte de Extranjeros), a Colombian Migration software to register each person staying at the property. This is required by Colombian law.
2) No visitors are allowed to stay overnight. You must not exceed the property capacity at any time. Each extra person will be charged accordingly.
3) No noises or loud volume is allowed after 22:00 hrs.
4) The property is meant for residential, corporate, or leisure/vacation purposes.
5) No meetings or parties of any type are allowed on the property. A fine of up to $1000 USD will be charged for any trespass.
6) Any damage caused to the property belongings must be notified. Damages that are not notified will be charged accordingly in a case-by-case situation.
7) Pets are not allowed without previous authorization, pet fees may apply. Service animals with proper documentation are welcomed.
8) Service animals and pets will incur an additional cleaning fee of $25 USD. Any service animal or pet not reported previously will have a fine of $250 USD.
9) This is a non-smoking property. It is forbidden to smoke any type of substance on the inside premises of the property, including cigars and tobacco. For any trails or odors that can be found a fine of $250 USD will be imposed.
10) We are not responsible for the loss of documents or personal items.
11) Sexual tourism within the property is totally forbidden.
12) Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No one under 18 years old is allowed unless accompanied by their legal parents or guardians.
13) Every time you leave the property, turn off the A / C, and lights.
14) Do not leave the keys inside the property. A locksmith or key delivery will concur on an extra cost to you. Every additional set of keys has a cost of $50 USD.
15) To conserve the environment, we ask you to be responsible for the consumption of water and light.
16) For your safety, there are cameras controlled by a third-party security company in the social areas of the property, never in private areas. This is for your safety!
17) Tenant is solely responsible for the use of the swimming pool or roman pool (the Pool) located on the property, and the Host has warned the Tenant of the dangers to Tenant that could result from the use of the Pool since there is no lifeguard on duty. The Tenant hereby releases the Host, his heirs, successors, and assigns (collectively Releasees) from all liability for any physical injury or death to the Tenant that results, directly or indirectly from the use (accidental or otherwise) of the Pool. Tenant further agrees to indemnify and save and hold Releasees harmless from any loss, liability (accidental or otherwise), attorneys' fees, damage, or costs that Releasees (or any of them) may incur arising out of or related to the use the Pool, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise. The Tenant fully understands that the use of the Pool involves risks and dangers of serious bodily injury, including death (Risks), and understands that the use of the Pool and surrounding areas will not be supervised by any of the Releasees, and Tenant fully accepts and assumes all Risks and all responsibility for losses, costs, and damages Tenant incurs as a result of using said Pool or surrounding areas.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
* Amenities and toiletries are included at the time of check-in, however, this is a one-time stock, any additional products must be purchased by the guest.
* An additional security deposit may be required by the host depending on numerous factors such as the number of guests and the reason for renting the place. It is fully refundable.
* Strictly prohibited commercial productions or events at the location.
* Late check-out without any notice or approval will be charged as an additional night.
