If you are looking for the perfect getaway to unwind and really enjoy yourself, we have the perfect place for you! Aptly named "Doctor's Orders," this home hosts some of the best amenities in Santa Rosa. Located near Seaside in Seagrove Beach and across the street from one of the world's most beautiful beaches, this blissful retreat will cure what ails you. The public beach access is about a 3 min. walk from the home, across the street from the Tom Thumb.
As you enter the home, the tile floor serves to add a calming atmosphere to the spacious, open kitchen. There is plenty of storage space throughout the serene white cabinets, while newly installed granite countertops add the perfect level of contrast to the kitchen. Spend evenings preparing dinner while the whole family enjoys the 65" flat screen smart TV in comfort on the large sectional in the living room. A full bath and laundry room are also located on the first floor.
Just up the stairs you are greeted by alluring hardwood floors and other decorations that add to the overall comfortable feeling of the home. All of the sleeping quarters are located on the second floor, making privacy easier, even for large groups. There are two beautiful guest bedrooms, furnished with King size beds, 32" VIZIO flat screen smart TVs, and a joint jack and jill bath. The bunk room is more like a closet with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and is attached to the master suite. It's the perfect place for kids or additional guests to sleep.
The Master Suite comes equipped with a King Size bed and a pullout Queen Sofa. There's plenty of space in the suite's large, walk-in closet. Enjoy the 55" flat screen smart TV or further escape while enjoying the warm sunrise or sunset from the suite's private balcony.
If you can manage the will power to leave the beautiful house, the back yard has one of Seagrove's largest private pools! Lounge in one of the furnished chairs. There are also umbrellas and beach toys available for your use. A poolside bathroom and shower to wash all the sand and salt off are available to ensure convenience.
You also have access to the community pool as well. If you turn left on Sugar Sand Ln, you will see the pool is on Sand Dollar Ct. You can't miss it!
