The Everline Resort & Spa: ski-in/ski-out at Palisades at Tahoe.
It’s been called “the perfect place in the perfect place.” The Resort is a four-star, four-diamond resort hotel that enjoys stunning panoramic views of Palisades Tahoe ski area and the High Sierra Crest and which offers ski-in/out convenience in the winter and golf-in/out convenience in the summer.
The putting green, driving range, and first tee are right out the door, as is the Resort triple chairlift which typically operates from mid-December through mid-April. Please check with us or the Everline front desk to confirm that the lift is expected to operate during your stay.
The Resort even has its own ticket office and ski and rental shops, all slope side. Clothing and jewelry shops, a deli, and 2-4 restaurants (depending on the season) are located on the premises, as well as concierge service, a year-round heated outdoor pool and hot tubs, and a full-service spa.
In the summer, add tennis courts, a play pool for younger children, and a water slide. Other on-site winter activities include a sledding hill and an ice skating rink.
This room connects to the a 1-bedroom fireplace suite (VRBO #770278), so it can be rented independently or together with the adjacent suite to form a 2-bedroom suite.
We also manage an 8th floor valley-view hotel room (VRBO #770319) with two queen beds that connects to the adjacent 2BR Presidential Penthouse (VRBO # 767687) to form a 3BR Penthouse.
This 7th floor Deluxe Queen Room with Forest View features 2 queen beds, entry closet, desk, flat-screen TV and full bath.
The 7th floor location gives this property some of the nicest views on the forest side of the building.
NEST body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided, as well as Softsoap, hand lotion, and moist towelettes for make-up removal.
We use higher quality sheets and towels for your comfort, as well as providing additional items at the coffee bar: a wider selection of coffees and teas, plus hot chocolate and hot spiced cider, granola bars, instant oatmeal, and microwave popcorn for your convenience.
Additional Charges:
11% Placer County lodging tax, 1% Squaw/Alpine Mass Transit tax, and 0.5% OV/AM MD Assessment are added to your reservation.

Résumé: A week before stay, got alert from host of $80/night resort and parking fees plus taxes. This was not noted anywhere on VRBO receipt. 2 VRBO reps confirmed it was not there. Finally another rep stated it was in property description (5 days after reporting). Legally, it has to be disclosed during the sale process, which locating in the description may or may not qualify. Just beware of this deceptive marketing tactic. The location is great and the Hyatt service was nice, with lots to do on property. The room was overall nice with room for luggage, clean, etc. The only issues with room was weird smell after returning one day and could hear the neighbors through walls (normal speaking voice).
