Adults and kids alike will enjoy the 9 hole mini-golf course wrapping around the large rear garden, the kids can run freely in the secure yard, exploring the cubby house and sandpit or use the lawn area to kick a footy!
Retreat to the north facing deck overlooking the yard and relax for a causal lunch or BBQ dinner. The opportunity to enjoy the water lures you from every window of the living room, overlooking the salt water solar heated pool. This is set to 28'C with a hot/cold outdoor shower adjacent. You may prefer to lounge in the poolhouse with your favourite book or relax in the hot spa, there is hours of fun for the whole family.
Inside the home, the master bedroom offers king size suite with ensuite, WIR and private balcony containing outdoor bath.
