Beautiful deluxe waterfront condominium, located slightly north of town, within an easy walk to everything. Inexpensive taxis are also readily available. This non-smoking, air conditioned unit (Cantamar 202) is located nine steps up from the sidewalk. It offers a private double balcony with table and chairs for your morning breakfast, and chaise lounge. There is a beautiful freshwater pool, with shallow area for little ones, man-made beach, and the ocean right at your doorstep, with some of the finest snorkeling/diving opportunities right outside your back door. The unit has two large bedrooms. The waterfront master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the jungle-view second bedroom has two double-size beds that will sleep another four people. The ocean views are intoxicating!
Two remodeled bathrooms have everything you could need. Second bathroom has a full bathtub/shower. Master bath has a double-size shower. There is also the double jacuzzi in the master bedroom overlooking the ocean.
Only nine units share a private swimming pool and beach, with palapas for shade. Maid service is provided twice per week, with towels and linens provided. Beach towels are also provided. The kitchen is fully furnished with a breakfast bar, and the dining room table is extra large. Free long distance telephone incoming or outgoing to the United States or Canada (please keep calls short) and free high-speed wireless internet are also included (please bring your own laptop) along with satellite TV, DVR, stereo, Blu Ray/DVD player, Blue Ray and DVD movies to enjoy. There is complimentary snorkel gear for guests. Child friendly: puzzles, cartoon videos and sand toys on premises. Makeup mirrors in each bedroom and hair dryers for guest use. We even provide beach towels for your use.
A note on our TV in Mexico. We have upgraded this unit (the only rental unit in this building that has this) with SKY TV. This is a lot like Direct TV in the States. We even have the NFL channel and the channels are in English. With an included DVR, you can record what you like and watch it later when you are hunkering down for the evening. Great for sports lovers -- we have ESPN too, and for movie watchers - most of the channels you get in the USA so you won't miss your favorite shows.
Cozumel is a diver's paradise, consistently rated as one of the best diving destinations in the world. We can book your diving or tour packages at the best prices with the best operators.
Cozumel is made for shopping, with consistent bargains, as well as many excellent restaurants. A detailed information book regarding the condominium and island activities will be provided to you upon booking. There is a local management company that can also help you with anything you may need while vacationing there.
An aside to all potential renters: Mexico is absolutely fantastic for dental treatment. If you need anything extensive done, this is the place for you. Ask me if you would like some info on this...I have only positive things to say about them. Just a wonderful place to go for dental work, save lots of money, quick extensive treatment...the best! They even have overhead projectors that will take you on a tour of Dubai, Norway, or other places while you are getting treatment done. Can't beat it.
