House Rules:
-Maximum occupancy for vacation rentals is limited to 10 guests overnight. Please do not exceed this limit, as it may result in additional fees or even cancellation of your reservation.
-We welcome well-behaved pets and offer a pet-friendly environment for your furry friends to enjoy. However, we do ask that you let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet and that you adhere to our pet policy. While we welcome most pets, there are some special pets that may not be allowed due to safety concerns or other considerations. Please clean up after your pet and keep them on a leash when outside.
-If you have read to here you understand that this is a very nice property that we have poured a lot of love into. Please respect it and leave it in the condition that you found it. Please do not move any furniture. If something is damaged or stained, please let us know as soon as possible.
-For the safety of our guests, we kindly ask that you refrain from using any equipment in the barn, such as an ATV or lawn mower, during your stay at our luxurious modern-style house. We want to ensure that all guests are able to enjoy a safe and peaceful stay without any unnecessary risks or disturbances.
-If you are interested in staying with a group larger than 10 guests, or if you are interested in a B&B buy-out or hosting an event, please contact us directly for more information and availability. Parties or events of any kind including photo shoots are prohibited unless arranged officially with the host(with additional fee and have to obay bey the local applicable laws). Make sure your reservation accounts for every person staying. Please don’t invite extra guests other than those included in your reservation. We get lots of wedding requests and only allow up to the 10 guest count at the property over night. You will be expected to leave the property in the exact condition it was found. Only the approved guest count can be at the property and we have cameras set up on the exterior of the home for security purposes. If guests are found violating the rules, guests acknowledge they may forfeit their security deposit and leave the house immediately.
- We are in the woods so expect some rural living things including:
-The house is on a sensitive septic system, please do not flush anything except toilet paper in toilet -The house water is city water. -You may see box garter snakes (very common, non-harmful snakes) on the exterior of the home (especially on the front on sunny days), inside and hiding in other places to stay warm. -Wifi is Xfinity. -Wild animals can be around---there are plenty of wild animals in the area including bears, cougars, turkeys and dear. Please be mindful, orient yourself with basic safety if you encounter animals and always use caution when exploring the nearby outdoors.
-We do allow pets for a fee and if you abide by the rules
- There is no smoking allowed inside the home. However you may indulge out on the patio area (please keep the door closed to the home while smoking).
- Minimum age to rent is 25 - Max occupancy is 10
