Located just three miles from the pretty, historic town of Horsham it has easy access to many local amenities.
Fully furnished and equipped to a good standard, while keeping in with the age of the property. Dairy Cottage is the ideal cosy escape for families, friends, walkers and cyclists to enjoy the West Sussex countryside as it’s just steps away from public footpaths.
As soon as you enter this farmhouse style cottage you will notice the spacious rooms, with the added bonus of a separate study if you need to work away from home. There’s is a large, bright kitchen/diner entertaining room. Here you can gather for a tasty home-cooked meal or local takeaway. The kitchen comes amply equipped with all the essentials you’ll ever need and more! Including a new cooker with double oven & modern electric hob, dishwasher (or wash up by hand and enjoy the stunning countryside views across the courtyard). Comes with large fridge and single freezer, and abundant cupboard space with everything you need for your stay. Perfect for longer stays.
Moving through the rest of the cottage you have a separate utility room for all your laundry needs including a washing machine, tumble dryer, and space to hang your clothes to dry as the sun beams through the glass windows. Just opposite is the cosy lounge area to Netflix and chill on the large comfy sofa with the smart TV, or enjoy a book from the timeless bookshelf, or even play a family game!
The bedrooms are two double’s and a king sized master room with ensuite shower room. Plus wardrobes with plenty of space for all your clothes.

Days by the coast can be enjoyed in Goring-by-sea, Worthing and Brighton which are easily accessible by car.
