Just 7 minutes to the famous Coolangatta, Kirra & Kingscliff beaches & 8 minutes to the Gold Coast Airport.
A 2-Storey home with sea breezes & ocean views year round. Huge pool, deck & backyard for the kids and / or pets.
High speed internet.
All but a bedroom downstairs has a TV.

Has 2 Master bedrooms
1 Huge luxe master bedroom with electric adjustable King size bed. Huge adjustable (up and down) Smart TV with surround sound and casting ability. Double rain and massage showers, 4-person spa bath, separate toilet, vanity and 4m front window to watch the sky, night lights and clouds from the bed.
Second master bedroom: 1 x Queen bed, Pink & Black Glitter Ensuite, 1 x double bed sized futon. and TV. Ocean & hill views.
1 x big, long 'boys/teenager' bedroom with 1 x Queen Bed + 1 x Double sized futon and some gym equipment, plus work/computer desk for gaming and a TV.
1 x queen-sized pull-out bed from wall, plus comfy lounge setting that sleeps 2 kids or 1 adult with a 'day bed' on one side of the lounge. One huge Smart TV with casting ability.
2 x Gate Remotes and door keys provided.
All areas accessible except the outdoor mancave shed, tool room, and staircase storage areas / void. Two other room areas are also locked.

The Currumbin Bird Sanctuary, the David Fleay Wildlife Park, Snapper Rocks & Elephant Rock are 15-20 minutes away. The world-famous Byron Bay is only a 1-hour drive south.
In some cases, the downstairs granny flat containing a completely separate bedroom, living and bathroom may be used by a member of the host's family.
I will let you know when booking if this will be used with a host onsite or not.
We will do our best to leave the house for the complete use of guest bookings.
Master Suite:
Maximum of 3 people in the spa bath at any time.
The showers in this ensuite are not to be used by children.
Pets:
Pets can sleep in bedrooms on the floor, but not on beds. Guests must clean up after pets when they 'do their business' outside on the lawn.
Pets are not allowed on any furniture.
Cleaners do their best when cleaning this home.
However, if any guests have an allergy to dog hair in particular, this property may not be suitable as there could be small traces of dog hair in house and yard from pets.
Rubbish Removal:
Bin day is Wednesday morning, so please put out the green bin and the right colored bin by 5am. Check to see whether red or yellow by the bins already out on the street.
Please bring the bins back up on the Wednesday by nightfall.
If there is too much rubbish, please leave in carport and it will be taken to the tip.
Home Bars:
Please replace any alcohol that you drink from our bar before leaving.
Fridge & Pantry Goods:
We do leave our guests with food and consumables like bread, spices, flour, oils, butter, milk, pasta, rice, sauces, fruit & vegetables etc in the kitchen fridge and pantry. Please replace any food items you fully consume before leaving.
Extra Linen:
Can be found in the hallway cupboard so please replace when needed.
Breakages:
You break it, you buy it policy. Very simple.
Maximum People at Home:
The front deck on level two holds a maximum of 40 people.
Pool:
Please close the pool gates.
No responsibility is taken for any accidents in or around the pool.
Children must be supervised at all times.
No running around the pool.
Sunscreen is provided in the pool area and in the white bathroom vanity. After Sun lotion is kept in the fridge for your use.
Please feel free to bring your own pool toys.
Hang towels out after use on the pool clothesline to reuse. This saves water.
Use of Additional Equipment:
Feel free to use the gym equipment, bicycles, canoe, trampoline, surfboards and luxury electronic massage chair whilst staying.
No responsibility is taken if anyone hurts themselves whilst using this equipment or our home.
Wi-Fi:
The Wi-Fi details are on the fridge magnet in the kitchen.
Outdoor Kitchen:
Please clean the Weber BBQ before leaving.
Air conditioning & Fans:
Please turn off air conditioning and fans when leaving the house at any time. Please make sure these are all switched off when departing home.
