The Space:
Ideally situated, this home is within easy walking distance of the Drake Devonshire, area restaurants, grocery store, the local park, Wellington Beach and a short drive to Hillier Region wineries. This makes it a great spot for small families, romantic getaway weekends or girl`s weekends with friends.
Enter in to the main living space with a comfy seating area and a dining room seating 5. Enjoy the flat screen TV, Cable TV, Wi-Fi Internet, Blu-ray DVD player, stereo with docking station and gas cast-iron woodstove (in winter), and central wall air-conditioning in the summer.
Floor to ceiling shelves stores the TV, games and extra bedding. Windows along the front of the house allow plenty of natural light into the main room. Off the dining room you will find a 3-season screened in porch with a seating area, perfect for having your morning coffee or evening beverage and listening to the nearby waves.
Enjoy the outdoors by cooking up dinner on the BBQ and eating at the outdoor patio set. Sit on the wrap-around porch (East and South sides) and watch the day go by.
