The Sub Zero fridge will chill your wine to perfection! NEWER Ductless A/C units added in the main living area upstairs as well as ALL the bedrooms. Leave the car in the driveway because you are literally just steps to the beautiful and silky sand of the ATLANTIC OCEAN. Pikes Beach and Cupsogue Beach (with live music and food) are close by as are the 6 other Dune Road beaches. If you love to swim, fish in the bay, bike along Dune Road or just take long walks on the beach, this HAMPTONS house has it all! Westhampton Beach Village has incredible restaurants, shops, winery's close by, and even a performing arts center for rainy days. The kids can chill in front of the newer large screen smart Samsung TV (hung above the fireplace where the “Enjoy” sign is pictured in the main living area) while you get yourself ready for an unforgettable day. NEW- there is a gas fire table out in the deck! Whether you want fine dining or simply grab an ice cream cone to stroll the quaint shops of the newly renovated Main Street area, you're covered. Résumé: Beautiful property! Open and airy, tastefully decorated, superb kitchen, outstanding outdoor space, wonderfully landscaped, plenty of parking. The kitchen was great...well appointed with all amenities. Open floor plan was very comfortable and relaxing...great for families. The deck was incredible! Unobstructed views of the sunset over the bay, fire table, great outdoor furniture and grille. Nice little private balcony with seating for two off the Master Bedroom. Great outdoor shower. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Close to Westhampton Beach Village with great restaurants. Quick walk to stunning beaches. Communication with host was excellent. Overall, a very, very enjoyable week at a very, very enjoyable property!
