Résumé: Upon arrival, the unit was not cleaned, and a big pile of dog poop was on the kitchen floor, right in full view of the front door. So we cleaned it real good, and let the owner know. She graciously refunded us $40. Because of the dog poop, we immediately got a major case of THE ICK, so we cleaned the bathroom, linens, everything!!! Once settled, we had a great time! The apartment community is super quiet, clean, and completely renovated. Theres nothing "shady" about this property as another post mentioned. The people in this community seemed very nice, sociable and dog friendly. Now, to the unit, it is two bedroom/ two bath, very large and spacious with a nice covered balcony. Because this is a new unit, it lacked a certain decorative appeal to it. The living room has a small sectional, and large tv. The kitchen has a barstool table for 4, and limited kitchen items, no wine /whiskey glasses. That I could overlook. But what sent meeeeeee baby was we had a quarter roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and very busted old gray towels that looked super worn! So off to Target we go. Two whiskey glasses, 4 new towels and 8 washcloths later, we felt we could truly relax. Trust me, if you're the next guest, youll thank our towel contributions! I hope over time the owner will funnel more money into this property, as it has so much space and potential. My recommendations include silk plants, wall art, dressers in bedrooms, wine glasses, and balcony furniture. 5 star potential!
