Each morning, start your day with complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks. Then, set off to explore Phoenix's numerous attractions. Conveniently located near the I-10 freeway, our duplex provides easy access to the downtown buzz and the Greater Phoenix Area's best, including the Phoenix Zoo, Desert Botanical Gardens, and the scenic Papago Park, all within a 15-minute drive.

This home comes with all the conveniences, and all the inconveniences of urban downtown living. You will be close to restaurants, shops, event venues, etc but this IS a working class neighborhood, and may see people experiencing homelessness in the area, as well as hear traffic noise and the occasional airplane overhead.
