Starting from 8:00 PM, a convenience fee of $30 will be applied for check-in and key delivery services provided by a dedicated staff member. Please note that check-ins will not be accommodated after 10:00 PM.

This is a In-suite heat pump provides year round heating and cooling, wood flooring and luxurious finishing throughout.
The Diamond Club amenity includes a bowling alley, basketball practice court, a huge party room, swimming pool, sauna & steam room, yoga room, theatre etc. 24 hours concierge offers added security and convenience.
1 parking included. Convenient location in the heart of Richmond, close to shopping & Skytrain, Canada line, supermarket, and more! Just few minutes drive to YVR, Vancouver, Aberdeen, Richmond Centre. Looking for minimum one month lease.
All bedding, towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
The cleaning fee covers your departure clean. You will always check-in to a clean unit and don’t have to worry about cleaning up before you go. This is all included in the cleaning fee. If you have any questions before booking, please feel free to contact us.

On the second floor (actually the first floor), there is an indoor golf driving range, billiards, basketball courts, and badminton courts.
On the third floor (actually the second floor), there is a library, gym, massage room, and karaoke.
Opening hours: 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Except for the library, gym, and swimming pool, there will be a refundable $300 deposit for the usage of public facilities.

No use of any tobacco products anywhere on the property. No SMOKING !! includes cigars, marijuana, chew tobacco and e-cigarettes. No discarding cigarettes, chew, etc in the house trash cans, or in the grass, or on the sidewalk, or anywhere on the property is not allowed.

• One set of towels for each guest;
• Self check-in with code lock
• No shoes inside the accommodation;
• Keep noise to a minimum from 10 pm to 8 am;

• If there are any damages or missing items, the replacement cost will be deducted from your security deposit;
• Please check with us for availability of late checkout. The charge for late checkout until 5 pm is half-day accommodation fee.
• There will be No Smoking/Cannabis/Drug and No Partying inside the property. The penalty for violation is CAD $500.
