This inviting beautiful county home on 5 acres is a 2 bedroom 2 bath with office. The aroma of roses greet you on the walkway to the entrance. The open floor plan with vaulted ceilings welcomes you in. An eye for detail for those special touches to give you that comfort and right at home feel. Couch, a love seat and recliner (5 recliners in total) encircle the living area to view a 70 in. smart TV with Netflix Hulu HBO max Prime and Disney, plus 40 TV channels . An X- box for your gaming pleasure and fast 50 MB and unlimited WiFi. There is good Verizon cell service here too.
The kitchen has granite countertops with glass backsplash and stainless steal appliances with every kitchen amenity imaginable for a gourmet meal. Master bedrm has a posturpedic queen bed, walk in closet and window seat. The en-suite bathrm has marble vanity, deep soaking tub and rain shower. Guest bath has granite vanity and walk in glass shower with rain shower. There is central heat and air, a fan in living room and master bedroom.
The guest bedrm has a new purple mattress newest comfort technology, double bed and a 50 in smart TV. We have an Alexa which makes turning on lights music and wake up alarms super convenient. We have everything you could possibly need bedding, towels, kitchen utensils, paper towels, garbage bags and soaps .The home is on a private dead end rd so very quiet and peaceful. There’s a deck off of dinning room with comfy seating for 5 and a gas fireplace where you can watch the sunrise over the river view. Or sit in the loungers out front under the big shade tree. There’s a swing chair under the willow tree for seating as well. Mature landscaping with 7 fruit trees all on timed irrigation with gardening service included. There’s walking trails to the rivers edge and the Brad Freeman river walking trail from our house about 1/2 mi

We’re only 15 min drive, 5 miles to downtown Oroville, 40 min to Chico and Yuba City. We’re 30 min drive to lake Oroville and 15 min drive to the fore bay and after bay for fishing, jet skiing, swimming boating and picnics all 3 have boat launches
