Les Trois Pins is a modern, spacious one bedroom gite. In the shade of three large pine trees, it is situated in a private corner of the owners large garden.
Perfect for two guests, the accommodation which is all on one level comprises of a large open plan sitting/dining/kitchen area, a large bedroom and a modern shower room.
Outside there is a private seating and dining area with views to the Corbière hills.
The gite is located on the outskirts of Limoux in the beautiful Aude valley.
Les Trois Pins is perfect for two guests. The accommodation is all on one level and comprises a large open plan sitting/kitchen/dining room, a large bedroom which can be set up as a super king sized bed or two singles and there is a modern showeroom accessible from both the bedroom and the main living area.
The kitchen is equipped with high quality appliances:

• fridge-freezer
• washing machine
• cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils
Outside there is a private seating and dining area with views to the Corbière hills. There is secure parking and a covered area at the rear of the gite which is ideal for storage of bikes, kayaks, walking gear and other sports equipment. A clothes line is also provided.
As hosts we will meet you when you arrive to show you around the property and make sure you have everything you need. Our house is close to the gite so we will always be on hand, or easily contactable, should you need us during your stay.
Les Trois Pins is located on the outskirts of the lively market town of Limoux and we are also on the outskirts of the charming village of Cournanel - in 5 minutes from the property you can be walking through the vineyards in the hills surrounding the village yet in 25 minutes you can walk to the lively town square in the centre of Limoux with its great choice of cafes, restaurants and bars. The town is famous for its "blanquette" sparkling wine and it has a popular Friday Market and evening markets during the summer months. There is an auberge restaurant 10 to 15 minutes walk away and there are two supermarkets and an excellent boulangerie/patiserie within 5 to 15 minutes walk.
The Aude vally is the perfect playground for lovers of walking, cycling, kayaking and other watersports. For history buffs, you are in the midst of Cathar country and the medieval city of Carcassonne is 25 minutes drive away. A similar drive will let you explore the mysteries of Rennes le Chateau.
There is a train service which runs from Limoux to Carcassonne, the train also serves the Aude valley south of Limoux as far as Quillan. Each journey costs only 1 Euro!
