You must contact us at least two days prior, as depending on the time of the year it takes a few days for the pool to heat to temperature. There is no extra charge to heat the spa, as it is on demand heating. In the cooler months the spa can take a couple of hours to heat up.

Entire home is private to the guest staying. Guests will be given a designated code for their stay the day of arrival.

*The home has a steep, narrow driveway. If parking in the detached garage in front of the home there are several steps up to the house from this area. You can walk up the hill to avoid the steps if preferred.
