This apartment will charm you with its cozy atmosphere: modern decoration, very well equipped and in the heart of the Confluence district. It is located in a quiet area on the Presqu'ile.
The 25 m² apartment is on the third floor of an old building. Completely renovated and bright, it consists of:
- A living room with a large window with a pull-out sofa that can accommodate an extra bed for one to two additional people, a flat-screen TV with international channels, as well as a dining table for 2 to 4 people.
- An open and refined kitchen, equipped with a combined microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a Nespresso machine and all the crockery to be able to cook in good conditions.
- In the bedroom there is a very comfortable double bed that can accommodate two people, with an interior shutter for total blackout.
- The bathroom, adjoining the bedroom, is equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink, and a hairdryer.
- The toilets are separated at the entrance of the apartment.
At your disposal, you will also find a washing machine, an iron and storage spaces!
I also provide sheets and towels as well as coffee capsules.
Naturally, the apartment has high-speed WiFi.
Ideally located in the new dynamic district of Lyon La Confluence, between the Rhône and the Saône.
The Confluence district has been undergoing major changes over the past decade with the construction of contemporary buildings. You can walk on the banks of the Saône, take advantage of this unique architecture and quickly access the shopping center, the Musée des Confluences and take advantage of the many terraces by the river. You will also find all of the local shops for daily use.
The historic center is also quickly accessible on foot with the Ainay and Bellecour districts 10 minutes away.
Perrache train station is less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment, from there you can take public transport and get around the city easily.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building, accessible by stairs only
Only one set of keys will be given to you during your stay.
The cleaning costs include cleaning on your arrival and after your departure but also the household linen as well as towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival.
You will only be given one set of keys for your stay.
You will be asked to show an original version of your ID in person upon arrival when you collect the keys.
I will welcome you at the apartment the day of your arrival. Don't hesitate to tell me more about your arrival time.
Arrival times are between 2 pm and 8 pm. Outside these hours and subject to availability, an extra charge will be required:
- 2 pm to 5 pm: 20€
- 8 pm to 11 pm: 20 €
No check in after 11 pm will be done.
When you leave, please return the accommodation as you found it upon arrival
You will be close to the T1 tram (Sainte Blandine stop)
The T2 tramway and metro line A are accessible from Perrache train station a few minutes' walk away.
The closest buses are lines: 63 and S1
We can also organize your transfer from the airport.
If you arrive by car, there are parking spaces next to the building, subject to availability.
