The main level also includes the primary suite, designed for ultimate comfort, along with a full office that has a queen Murphy bed, making it a flexible space for additional guests. Upstairs, offers three beautifully appointed guest rooms, offering plenty of space and privacy for everyone in your group. The home includes 3.5 bathrooms, ensuring ample convenience for all guests.
For outdoor fun, the exceptional freeform pool invites you to relax and unwind while enjoying the Florida sunshine. The private dock provides direct access to the water, where you can watch manatees and other local wildlife or take your boat out for a day of exploration. Inside, there's no shortage of entertainment options, with air hockey, foosball, shuffleboard, and a chess table all available to keep guests of all ages entertained. Dockside Dream is not just a vacation rental; it’s a destination in itself, offering an unparalleled combination of luxury, nature, and fun. Home amenities include: 4 bedrooms+den/3.5 bathrooms -- 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds, & 2 Twin beds (sleeps 10), WIFI available, Smart TV's (streaming only), heated pool, screened lanai deck, dock, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill. Pets MAY be considered on a case-by-case basis & MUST be approved by Owner. Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.
Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.
Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the City of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 10 people.
