Due to the central location in the center of Linkenheim, close to the S-Bahn station, our apartments are the ideal starting point for the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and the city center of Karlsruhe.
The duo apartment consists of two merged apartments that are separated by a small hallway. This makes the apartment ideal for larger groups of up to 9 (if necessary 10) plus 2 babies or toddlers.
In the 1st The "Cozy apartment" awaits you upstairs: The bright living room welcomes you with a spacious dining area and a comfortable sofa that can be turned into a bed for two at night. Here you can relax, watch TV, listen to music through the Bluetooth speaker or browse through one of the books in the armchair with an ottoman.
The adjoining bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm) and lovingly designed baby bed has a large wardrobe for all your things.
The small but bright bathroom invites you to shower or bathe.
A highlight of the apartment is the extremely spacious kitchen with all the trimmings, in which it is also fun to cook with several people. And of course the large balcony with cozy furniture for sunny hours, with access from both apartments.
The small hallway leads to the entrance room of the studio maisonette apartment with the cloakroom and a single bed. The stairs take you to the light-flooded attic. There you will find an open kitchen, a bedroom, a spacious bathroom and the large studio, which is connected to the second, open bedroom. On request we can set up another baby bed here. All guests are thrilled with the light-flooded studio room. The dining table invites you to dine or play, in the comfortable seating area with the daybed you like to stay in good company or relax while watching TV or listening to your favorite playlist via the Bluetooth speaker.
If you still want to surf or work, you can do so comfortably at the small work table.
The fast 300 Mbit / s WiFi line is only shared with the guests of the other apartment in the house.
