House is set up to offer guests 4 bedrooms, every bedroom has a Roku TV for streaming favorite channels. 2 bedrooms upstairs, 2 bedrooms downstairs, 1 additional queen bed in the rec room area, 2bathrooms, 2 living rooms up & down, with a 65" Big Screen TV for enjoying movie nights!

STOCKED ITEMS:
Toiletry supplies include TP, dish detergent, soaps, paper towels, and laundry detergent. Propane is supplied for the gas grill and gas flame table on the deck. Wood for the campfire pit is next to the campfire area under the stairs.
HOME RULES:
Outdoor Hot Tub for Adult use 18 yrs of age and older, Unless Supervised by an Adult at all times. NOT SUITABLE FOR TODDLERS.
For Safety, this home allows Children of minimum age between 4-5 and over; ( you decide.) Infants ok, just not suitable for toddlers due to stairs.
Guest Etiquette,Not allowed: ink wells,markers, paints,and crayons inside the house.

PET POLICY:
One small - medium size dog, (or on a case by case basis), is allowed with $100 Pet fee total, and must be included at time of booking. (Please email with request for larger dog and breed.) Please Note: Pet may Not be left unattended in the home.
