The house has a living room, dining room, Kitchen with granite counter tops, state of the art professional appliances , Commercial Viking refrigerator, 6 burners Thermador stove with griddle 2 regular ovens, (3 ovens in main kitchen but 1 out of service)convection oven/microwave, regular size oven at lower level kitchen, dishwasher, central vacuum , a 20 feet stone electric fireplace, master bedroom king size bed with a day bed, room 2 has a queen size and day bed, in the open attic/ bedroom queen size and chaise lounge with views to north and south of property, The access to this one is a very narrow spiral staircase, no suitable for elderly or kids, in summer is hotter than house. Large Independent bedroom in the pool house with a queen size bed and a day bed and a fireplace.
The lower level has a piano section with a baby grand piano, 3rd fireplace(decor), living room, dinning room, kitchen bar with granite tops, electric cook top , microwave , oven.
Ping pong table top on Pool table, workout space or gaming space , theater projector high definition, non conforming room with a queen size bed , 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed and day bed, 3rd with bunk bed and queen size bed , combo shower/tub bathroom walk out door.

For an animal habitat lover, this is the place, any amount of colorful birds, blue herons on the ponds daily, wild turkeys walking the property, ducks, turtles, squirrels, rabbits of deer! Also the animals we do not like that much: raccoon, garden snakes, as well, wasp, bees, etc.
Subdivision of 3 houses, a Teepee, and a tiny House. Gated and fenced, gates are made of stone and doors are iron, Houses have security cameras outside main doors . Please be specific with amount of people staying, if we see more , will be discounted from deposit or extra charged. If planning a family celebration or reception, please disclose it and mention how many people to provide a quote. We Welcome FAMILY AND FRIENDS reunions and calm gatherings ONLY!!!
The ceilings are 20 feet high on main section, all ceilings are different.
Lower floor are 9 feet high.
PETS are not allowed in our houses(owner is disabling allergic to animal hair) but we could rent the tiny house for hosting furry guest.
We are 1 country block from KANSAS.
4 hours from Oklahoma border.
4 hours from St Louis.

Fishing in pond , bird watching, getting wet at creeks, crocket, bocce ball, ping pong, volleyball, billiard pool, poker, cards, chess etc.
jogging, walking trails, camping, BBQ outside, fires on pit, poker table.
Built in grill is not offered.
Saturday and Sundays at Somerset vineyard , 12 minutes from lodge is a great option!
This is private property(our house when not rented) , not an Inn, hotel or Bed and Breakfast!!!!
1 1/2 blocks gravel road to property from D highway.
Somebody , workers or us are daily at property.
If we are out of town, a worker comes daily to check and do their daily shores.
Interaction is minimum, otherwise required!
We rent house, access to pool, playground, patios adjacent to lodge, pond, not other buildings, to walk : gravel road or our mowed trails is ok , please do not trespass tall grass areas . neighbors appreciate the quietness , group walks out of property are not allowed while staying in this property, got complaints about trash, noise, walking on others yards.
Property has 2 miles of walking trails, please limit yourself to these spaces!!!
Pool hours 10 am to 8 pm in the summer. Cover has to be laid at after swimming.
Winter noon to 7pm and pool cover has to be laid after swimming also to avoid damage to building.
Pool water temperature is set at. 80 to 83 degrees in winter. It holds 26000 gallons of water, do not expect hot tub heat please.
Bring your own towels for pool or ponds. do not use house towels.
Seat on pool house ottomans with dry clothes only, okay on pool chairs
Roll solar blanket on pool after each use. Do not let uncovered pool over night.
Not a lifeguard at site. No children, handicapped or elder untended. Pool is 8 feet deep.
Pure country, we have lots of timber, so, expect to see in fall spider webs on trees and possible decks, leaves are falling continuously on decks and patios.
Our 4 neighbors share the air strip, so weekends you could see gorgeous small , antique airplanes approaching from the sky!.
Otherwise very secluded and quiet.

If planning to cook on our pots, make sure are left impeccable, if burned will be charge the set as new.
Minimum weekend Friday and Saturday Night. you can add nights.
No fire arms in property and fireworks are not permitted.
