Start your morning with a kayak around the bay or grab a coffee from the Village Grind just up the road, arguably the best coffee in the bay. The award-winning Soldiers Point Marina is just down the road and so too is Bannisters for an easy evening meal with the family or the more formal options of the Terrace Bar or Rick Steins Signature Restaurant.
This recently refurbished town house has all that you need to enjoy a great family holiday. Enter downstairs to find two good sized bedrooms, the first with a single and king single with trundle, ideal for the kids and their plus one. The main bathroom is located on the ground floor with a shower over bath. A second bedroom to the rear offers a queen bed overlooking a leafy outdoor courtyard for family afternoon BBQ’s. A fully updated, modern kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm or better still try the crispy beer battered flathead and chips from renowned Saltmine, about 200 metres away and watch a magnificent sunset over Soldiers Point heaven.

The gorgeous white sand beach of Wanda is so close, where you can enjoy a family picnic or BBQ and take in the magnificent views all the way out to Tomaree and Yacaaba Headlands. For the keen anglers or boating families, Soldiers Point Boat Ramp is nearby, and has a large free car park, fish cleaning tables with running water and garbage facilities along with picnic tables and toilets. For the aspirational sailors, Soldiers Point Marina is a great place to learn to sail or hire a boat for the day and is an awesome place to relax and enjoy a drink and dinner while you take in the sunset. Soldiers Point Marina is the departure point for annual Sail Port Stephens, so Eden by the Bay is perfectly placed for those competing or spectating in this event.
Further afield you will find Nelson Bay Marina, with dolphin and whale watching cruises departing daily during season. The Sand Dunes of Birubi and Stockton are located nearby with sandboarding, quad biking, horse riding and 4WD adventures or you could simply choose one of the 26 beaches that the area is renowned for and hang out with the family swimming, snorkelling or boogie boarding, however you like to pass your time, Eden by The Bay puts you right at the heart of the action.

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
Our standard check-in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am. We can offer you a complimentary early check-in or late check out time as a gesture of goodwill where booking and housekeeping schedules allow. Please call our team to request this prior to your arrival. Please note that due to demand and housekeeping pressures, no early check ins or late check outs will be granted during the months of December and January. The safest way to secure a later check out or early check in is to book the property for an extra night, please contact us to see if we can offer a special rate for this extra night. Please note that Sunday late check outs must be requested and approved prior to 5 pm on the Friday evening of that week.
Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.
