This property really is the "Perfect Hideaway"! It is a piece of paradise on the Gulf of Mexico. The hideaway is located on the northern side of the Yucatan Peninsula, 40 minutes north of the Merida airport. The private home in paradise is 4 steps from the ocean-side patio to beautiful sandy beaches of the Yucatan.

The home has 2 bedrooms, both with king beds, ample closet space in each bedroom. With two bathrooms, the house is great for families, couples, or a group of friends looking for an amazing get away!

Washer and dryer are private and on site (in second bath) so no need to pack an abundance of clothing. All linens are included and replaced and updated frequently (sheets, kitchen towels, bath towels, beach towels). A oversized garden tub is in second bath for relaxing bubble baths or bathing small tots! A fully functional kitchen is ready for you to prepare fresh seafood that can be delivered to your door! (Please understand, a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels are provided. Laundry detergent, trash bags, and additional paper products will need to be purchased by tenant.)

The ocean front filtered pool is private to this home and has soothing water features to enjoy while watching the sunset. With covered patios surrounding three sides of the home, there are ample places to hang a hammock and enjoy the cool ocean breezes.

We have smart tv's, board games, movies, books and puzzles for entertainment. We have a treadmill for those days that it’s just too hot or too rainy for beach walking!

Our awesome property managers live only minutes away and are English speaking. A binder with information is provided with rental to help make sure you have a great vacation! We do have a minimum 90 day rental in the Dec & January months.

Résumé: We truly enjoyed staying in your beautiful vacation home. It was well stocked to be comfortable for 10 days - from beach towels, drinking water, sheets, pillows. Refrigerator is large & clean. In fact, the entire house was very clean smelling. We had a few hiccups the night we arrived, the host that toured the home was a fill-in therefore did not know much bout anything & left us confused because he did not have any answers to our questions. Once we got a nights rest, the owner contacted us & was lovely explaining & answering all of our questions & concerns. Everything ran smoothly. The bed is comfortable, A/C ran perfectly. The beach view is absolutely stunning! The pool is perfect. The patio is perfect to enjoy the sunset & rise. Neighborhood is quiet. There was some mild construction next door & the workers were very mindful of noise. We had no issues. Parking is private & secure. Everything about this home felt safe, & comfortable, especially the memories both my hubs & I enjoyed celebrating my Birthday. You won't have any trouble finding fabulous culinary in this city. People are lovely & respectful of tourists. You won't regret staying here! The beach is literally 10 steps away from the patio, private beachy happiness is priceless. Driving in this city is also easy & everyone is on beach time. We truly enjoyed this little piece of paradise. One suggestion I would give is turning on the A/C prior to guests arriving so you don't have grumpy hangry guests after travel. :)
