This home offers immediate access to Hwy 610, many parks including the Elm Creek Reserve, and many shopping areas!
On the top floor of this split level, you’ll find 3 Bedrooms with Roku TVs, and a completely remodeled bathroom. The living room, dining room, and Luxury kitchen all work together to create a seamless open concept. The kitchen boasts all-new appliances as well as ample storage and small appliance amenities (coffee maker, air fryer, etc.).
The lower level includes a large living room with a workspace, PING PONG table, and a large master bedroom and attached bathroom that offer a private, comfortable experience. The Lower unit is a 1 bed, 1 bath, connected Master suite with separate large living space, perfect for work, private relaxation, or gathering with guests.
