Résumé: This house was an amazing new beautiful modern house. The set up was perfect for our extended family group of 13 people. The gym has a great view! Each room had its own bathroom and there were two primary bedrooms which were perfect for our two extended families. There were two wings of 3 rooms and an additional two bedrooms for staff or kids. Hazel was very helpful with plans. The view is beautiful and we really enjoyed staying at the house. Since the house is not surrounded by a lot of houses we felt close to nature. However the Peninsula Papygayo is a gated community with a golf course. Great water bay views but no sunset views as the house faces east. It takes 30 minutes to drive to Liberia so no tourist sites are close. We did an amazing snorkeling sea life tour where we saw dolphins and lots of fish and we were quite lucky with great weather and the water temps were perfect. We didn’t go to the Beach Club- it was $50 per person per day. The costs related to the stay added up including golf cart rental, chef and airport pick-ups. I would recommend renting a car. Daily maid service was great. Our meal at Pesce at the Four Seasons was really good. We also loved the discount Italian Store for buying food. This is a great house for just hanging out with family and the public beach for swimming is just a 10 min golf cart ride away. You can’t access the beach from the house but we loved just hanging at the pool and watching the birds and monkeys.
