Bedroom 1 - The stylish master bedroom with a comfortable Queen size bed and ample closet space is located upstairs.
Bedroom 2 - This upstairs bedroom offers a Queen size bed and soft tones.
Bedroom 3 - This upstairs bedroom includes an overhead fan and nice tones of blue.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owners closet and the garage. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located just off Highway 36 with main access to Downtown Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks, Olde Town Arvada, and the Denver Airport. There are multiple grocery stores 2 minutes away and many local restaurants in the surrounding area!

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is very important. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link which contains an e-manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife, and much more!
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500. You are welcome to step on to the back patio and enjoy.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
Also note that the garage is not accessible to tenants. Thank you for understanding.
