The Space:
Feel spoilt for position, taking in the soft sea breeze, the magical sunsets and feel instantly at holiday when you step inside. Creating a vintage contemporary mash of beachside bliss with its stylish furnishings, contemporary timber floors and white washed painted exposed bricks, you’ll love this transformed 80s apartment for its eclectic feel and casual warmth. Walk up the ramp to access this beachfront property with the private laundry to one side, and the entrance into the kitchen on the other.
The kitchen is where you first notice the impact of the water views because of the elevation. The kitchen is tasteful, casual and fully equipped with a stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, DeLonghi coffee pod machine and a breakfast bar to sit up and lap up the view.
The spacious dining area free flows and features a 4-5 seater dining table (2 seats and a bench seat), while enhancing the view, and the living area has 2 bay windows, a beautiful modular couch with additional throw rugs, a smart TV, board games for the rainy days, a reading chair taking in the bay and a study nook.
The side terrace is home to a Weber BBQ and table for two, and then the balcony wraps around the whole front of the apartment so you can people watch with a beer or wine in hand, or simply be mesmerised by the view.
The bedrooms are down the side for added privacy and quiet, including the generous main bedroom with its balcony outlook and wardrobes, and the second bedroom with twin beds.
The bathroom is classic 90s beachy, with a shower, separate bath, toilet and vanity. There is parking off street, plus a store room/garage full of fun beach toys and bikes for your enjoyment.

The perfect blend of beachside relaxation and suburban charm, with just one street separating you from the beach and just a few doors to the River Torrens, you’ll enjoy the beauty of how you can have a city style beachside escape all in one.
Just a 10 minute walk to the Henley Beach Hotel, Nauti Buoy café and the amazing Stunned Mullet fish and chippery, you will love exploring the expansive white sands to find sea life, or wander up to the pier via the gorgeous dining choices of SaltSea Society, Secrets by The Sea and Melt Henley. Head south and you’ll make your way down to Glenelg for The Moseley Bar and Kitchen, and it’s famous The Beachhouse amusement and family entertainment park.
If you love to shop or indulge, check out Henley Square for a massage, a manicure, fine meats and seafood for your barbecue, a charming book cafe, organic foods, Picasso and Pinot (paint while you wine and cheese studio) and some of your favourites.
HarbourTown is also just 5 minutes away by bus. Enjoy the River Torrens Bike Trail for a change of scenery, only a 50 minute bike ride into the Adelaide CBD. Henley Beach is the perfect place to set up your Adelaide experience, making you within easy reach of the Adelaide Oval, the Adelaide 500 and even the Barossa Valley for a trip into the wineries.

Getting Around:
Adelaide Airport is a 6 minutes’ drive from this gorgeous seaside town. Catch a bus at Henley Beach Square into the city (30 minute ride) or go via Glenelg passed HarbourTown to catch the tram into town.
There are bikes on site for your use and many attractions can be accessed via foot taking the scenic route along the beach. The Barossa Valley is 80kms away making it a great day trip. Taxis and Ubers also available.
