This family home offers bright interiors with a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Dine alfresco overlooking the Esplanade while soaking up the coastal air, cosy up in the spacious living room or work from the home office.
The space - Welcome to the quintessential Queensland beach house. Close enough to hear the rolling waves, this oceanfront bungalow exudes relaxed, coastal charm. It has been designed to maximise outdoor living with sprawling alfresco spaces and a grassy backyard capturing the fresh ocean breeze.
Arriving at the property from the Esplanade, you’ll find a generous front porch, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoy a sundowner with the group. Open the sliding doors to the sitting area, a sunny spot to relax with a book. An open plan gourmet kitchen makes it easy to whip up a meal at home with a large central dining table and breakfast bar. In the evenings, guests can spread out on the plush pink sofa in front of a large wall-mounted TV.
Three bedrooms cater to families or groups and have been well appointed for a good night’s sleep. The combination of air-conditioning, heating and ceiling fans throughout keep things comfortable no matter what season you are travelling. The master suite comes with a sumptuous king-sized bed, private ensuite bathroom and walk-in robe. The spacious second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds, ideal for kids. There are two additional full bathrooms, one with a bathtub, along with internal laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer.
