It is set within a 7 acre gated waterfront estate with 24x7 security. The house has one of the largest private swimming pools in the Eastern Caribbean at 95 foot long and has seating areas overlooking the Bay and a swim up bar. Walking down from the swimming pool (or use of golf carts with paths) brings you to the completely private white sand beach. The beach is man made but leads to a small natural beach. You also have access to the 185 foot private dock and Resort boats (additional charge for boats). The dock has a water slide and can be set up with lots of water toys and inflatables including a floating volley ball court. The crystal clear waters of the Bay are perfect for swimming and snorkelling and the dock is surrounded by colourful tropical fish. On the beach is a fire pit (seats 50 people) and a beach bar. The Resort is set on a private peninsular and offers all of the privacy of a private island with none of the transportation difficulties.
With its own private driveway and parking or walking down from the Main House past the large infinity pool and down on to the private beach you come to the 4 bedroom Beach House. Each spacious room has it own private entrance, and one of which opens up with direct access to the private Beach House swimming pool, whilst the other ground floor suite opens up onto a private garden. The rooms on the top floor are 1,200 square feet (120m2) in size, and the two on the ground floor are 900 square feet (90m2). Each of these bedrooms has a large en-suite bathroom and an additional outdoor shower for two. The Beach House has a full kitchen, outdoor Tiki kitchen and BBQ, an additional private laundry room, private deck and seating for 20 people comfortably. There is also a sitting room with doors that open up fully onto the beach and an additional half bath. In addition, each bedroom has a king sized pull-out sofa bed and additional beds can easily be placed in these rooms.
The villa has access to the 95 foot infinity swimming pool with swim up bar, hot and cold spas, beach bars etc.The villa is fully staffed with award winning Chefs, and Butlers which are accredited by British Guild of Professional Butlers. They are assisted by a fabulous professional team. Each property has its own large private swimming pool and access to the 185 foot private dock with boats etc.
