There is a good sized backyard with comfortable lounges and seperate laundry.
You will have access to the full property.
There is street parking at the front of the property.
A good cafe is within walking distance, or a 10 minute walk will see you in CBD Ballarat.

Heating- Hydronic Heating
Heater is set to 20 degrees, just push lever to on. to change degrees use digital up or down arrows to change temperature. To turn individual rooms up or down use dials at heater panels. Please turn individual rooms to off and close doors when not required - this will heat house quicker and maintain heat better.
Toilet
Please, nothing but toilet paper should go in the toilet. There’s a little rubbish bin for everything else. Please DO NOT stand on the toilet seat, we sit on the toilet seat.
