Faja Lobie has become a very popular rental home. This beautiful, three bedroom, three bath villa sits directly on Bourgeaux Bay beach in the residential area of Beacon Hill on the Dutch side of St. Maarten.
This home offers a wonderful combination of indoor and outdoor living space. The interior living room is air-conditioned and furnished with teak benches and entertainment center which houses the cable TV, DVD player and stereo system with CD player.
The adjacent newly redesigned open concept kitchen offers state of the art appliances and marble counter tops. The interior living space opens through glass doors out to the covered gallery from where the beach is just steps away.
Beautiful teak furniture and colorful cushions complete the outdoor living and dining areas. The entire outdoor space can be closed off as well with sliding shutters.
The 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with their own en suite bath, open into the interior of the home. Each bedroom is uniquely styled with a king bed. The front bedroom opens to the pool deck and has an outdoor shower in the bathroom.
The beautifully tiled infinity style plunge pool is perfect for cooling off during the hot days. This home is a wonderful choice for families or couples and offers a great beachfront value.
