This newly built (2021) luxury home sits on a hilltop with unobstructed panoramic views and is just a mile away from the lake. If you are a lake-goer, a hiker, a biker, a golfer, or just want a romantic getaway, this is your place!
This listing is for the entire top floor unit (1500 sqft!) of a large two-story house with separate keyed entrances on two different floors. Guests will get the benefits of a separate large kitchen with an open concept dining room, family room, master bedroom, master bathroom and the balcony with a breathtaking view and a private main entrance. The downstairs unit will be occupied by the owner with a completely separate entrance, separate kitchen and bedrooms, and the owners’ unit is also locked for privacy. The connecting staircase is locked down with a security door, thus, there is no physical access between the upper and lower floor units. Guests and hosts will not have any common areas to share and won't see each other due to the physical separation across two different floor levels. However, sounds may travel through the walls and the staircase.
There are two community pools available for the guests:
1) Lago Vista Community Pool inside Bar-K Park. Free of charge with a guest pass. Our pool season begins in mid-May and runs through September 30, depending on weather.
2) Lago Vista City Pool. Bring cash, there is a small entry fee ($3.50).
