Two Bedroom Two Bathroom Luxury Villa with Spectacular View and Amenities
SeaSwan Villa is a custom built home and what dream vacations are all about. Located on the second highest point on St. John and only a short drive from Cruz Bay. SeaSwan Villa our luxury 3200 square foot home was built addressing the finest of materials and attention to detail. Guests enter a private driveway to a driveway lined with a riot of coral bougainvillea. The villa 3200 square feet of covered living space plus 1600 square feet of open and shaded travertine marble patios. SeaSwan Villa is at the end of the lane. No other homes on three sides and 26 acres in front of our home assure private and peaceful gorgeous expansive views of the Caribbean Sea. and Pillsbury Sound to St. Thomas and beyond to the British Virgin Islands.
The private entrance opens to the magnificent 200 degree panoramic view and over 2200 square feet of travertine marble covered patio space. Immediately guests are astounded with the expansive ocean view.
On a clear day it's possible to see a distance of 110 miles to the South coast of Puerto Rico.The best location on St. John to observe July 4th fire works or the five masted sailing ships appearing in Pillsbury Sound. The sunsets are breathtaking and occasionally one will see the "green flash" on the horizon.
As you enter through the gates you are greeted by a large 30' circular covered outdoor living room with a Sunbrite outdoor television, and seating for 12 to twenty guests. Small weddings anniversary's and romantic private moments can be celebrated and never forgotten.
Double french doors in every room open to 1800 square feet of beautifully appointed interior space with custom designed high end finishes. Soft colors of aqua and creme with cream travertine marble floors greet each guest.. The villa is at the very end of Gifft Hill Lane with no neighbors on three sides providing both quiet and privacy. Twenty six acres of tropical foliage below the Villa before your gaze takes in the view.
The comfortable living room has a custom upholstered sectional and ottoman to gaze at the view or watch your favorite show on a flat screen TV with satellite service. A gourmet kitchen with new appliances make preparing meals a breeze. The spacious bedroom with new king bed assure a wonderful nights sleep. The reading area has a comfortable chair and ottoman that offers ample space to stretch out. The bedroom armoire also has a flat screen TV for night time viewing with 250 channels and Netflix original series and movies.
It is a wonderful room in which to awaken with a spectacular view and great night's rest or reading the paper and lingering in bed while on vacation. French doors off of the spacious bedroom open to a covered deck with double chaise for romantic evenings watching the sunset over the Caribbean and sharing a glass of wine.
The second bedroom has a queen bed with Stern's & Foster mattress and also a twin day bed. The second bedroom has its own TV and is air conditioned.
