We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful property situated in the quiet village of Woodnesborough, just two miles from historic Sandwich. Surrounded by ancient orchards, horse paddocks, footpaths, open skies, feel instantly relaxed and at one with nature.
Enjoy a romantic getaway, sightseeing, explore the local area, long country walks, take coffee in the garden gazing over the extensive countryside views towards Ramsgate and beyond, watch the horses grazing in our paddocks, swallows diving in and out of the stables feeding their young, buzzards circling on thermals overhead, listen to a cuckoo in the distance, just enjoy down time…the choice is yours!
Your holiday accommodation is a modern, stylish newly decorated self-contained annexe attached to the rear of the owners farmhouse and adjacent to the owners private livery stables, overlooking open countryside, horse paddocks and ancient orchards.
Access your accommodation to the rear of the farmhouse via the farmyard where there is dedicated parking, steps leading to your own private garden area and enter through French doors directly into the modern open-plan space - lounge area, dining area and kitchen area.
Kitchen area - modern fitted kitchen complete with double fan oven with grill, extractor fan, sink and drainer, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, ample storage space, kettle, toaster, microwave, and fully stocked with plates, cups, cutlery, crockery, baking/roasting trays, saucepans, frying pans…in fact everything you need!
Dining area - Bar table and stools.
Lounge area - comfy sofa with plump cushions, large smart TV on a unit with books and games, stylish uplighter, enjoy the glorious views across orchards and countryside.

Bedroom - Luxurious double bed with Silentnight 800 pocket memory foam mattress, king size duvet and plenty of comfy pillows, triple wardrobe, mirror, chest of drawers, bedside table, table lamp.
En-suite bathroom - Full length bath with mixer taps, shower over bath, shower curtain, basin with integrated cupboard, toilet, heated towel rail, mirror, storage unit.
Private garden - lawned with wooden seats and coffee table. Far reaching views across orchards, countryside. Additional cosy blankets are available for cuddling up in the garden in the evening watching the twinkling lights in the distance, and moon/star gazing.
Parking area - in the farmyard in close proximity to the annexe.
Please note: Due to deep/high riser steps leading up from the parking area to the garden, this accommodation is not suitable for those with limited mobility.
There is FFTP internet and wifi in the property.
In the immediate area, expore the many footpaths that meander around open fields and orchards. The property is on a National Cycle Route and only a few miles from Sandwich Bay which boasts miles of sand/shingle beach and is part of the King Charles Ill England Coast Path.
