The split-level and refreshingly open plan living room has original stone-wall features, Satellite TV, DVD, INTERNET CONNECTION and feature fireplace. One double bedroom with comfy seating area has full bath/shower room en-suite. To one side is a Guests full bath/shower room. The separate Utility room houses thev washing machine.
Stairs lead upto the large main living room with Satellite TV, DVD and library/reading area. The characterful master double bedroom has one full bath/shower room and direct access to your own private sun terrace. Two attractive double bedrooms share one full bath/shower room. A further very comfortable lounge is also designed for afternoon siestas and quiet relaxation.

The kidney shaped, child friendly swimming pool gently shelves into the crystal clear waters surrounded by comfortably furnished sun terraces and lawned area. One very special feature is the flagstone terrace with quiet seating areas shaded by ancient trees and here you can totally relax, unwind and just laze whilst admiring the far reaching views. A separate Casita has the brick built BBQ and covered dining area where you can enjoy candle-lit evening meals
