Our charming excellent maintained studio apartment has full kitchen, double bed and a sleeping sofa, living-dining area, 1 bathroom and a balcony with a small table(seating 2).
It is perfect for a couple or single for a romantic escape, for people who want to study Spanish or just to escape the cold winter.

Résumé: We stayed in the 1 Bdrm, 2 bath. The property was immaculately clean and more beautiful than the pictures show, with a great view of the grounds and pool. However, there were a few things that were inaccurate in the description that affected the enjoyment of our stay. 1) It is described as a King size bed on first glance, in owner's description it lists a double bed, and scrolling down it is indicated as a Queen. Confusing. We were adament about wanting a King size, and this is what I saw first when I booked. The bed was actually a full size. 2) This is a very secluded property. It is NOT close to "everything". We had to call and wait for a taxi, and it was a good 10-15 min taxi ride to get downtown or to ANYTHING nearby. Way too far to consider walking. 3) Check in and Check out is by appointment only, the owner does not release check in information. In addition, the kitchen and bathrooms are sparsely stocked, though there was an abundance of cleaning supplies in case you want to spend your stay scrubbing floors and toilets. The full size bed was very comfortable even though it was a bit small for us, though the pillows are obviously old and flat. GREAT water pressure and an enjoyable HOT shower! Airtight security at the gate. I did not like the Check in/Check out by appointment process, though it did go smoothly. We were instructed to call when we were on our way and Jazmin, the assistant was there to meet us, escort us in, had us initial a lengthy check list to ensure everything was in working order. We arrived much earlier than our appointment and was allowed an early check in. Check out, however, is promptly at 11 am and we were literally escorted off the property. Though Jazmin was very nice and polite, the overall impression that we got from staying here (considering all factors) is that the owner was overly concerned with protecting her property and much less concerned about the comfort of her guests. We were simply looking for a comfortable bed and hot shower to use as a "home base" in visiting other areas. Considering the isolation, it did not serve our needs and we ended up hopping over to another city and staying with relatives . We booked for 8 nights, and only spent the first and last night there due to inconvenience. This is not a bad place to stay by any means, just not right for us, something that could have been prevented had the owner disclosed accurate and more thorough info.
