Welcome to "Harbor Lights," a rare & sought after Abbey Villa harbor front condo. Take in spectacular views over the harbor and down the lake (the sunrises will astound you!), and watch yachts softly glide past from your cozy balcony. This sunny 2nd floor unit sits right on the water, and is directly across from one of the two resort pools. The condo has been completely remodeled by the owners, who are known for their sophisticated and high-end rental properties, Fontana Five Star Rentals, and it features their signature, bright, "coastal chic" look. Touches of white shiplap and board and batten trim create a crisp background for a mix of modern and vintage furnishings. Abundant natural light reflects off the vaulted high ceilings and washes the interior with a beautiful glow.
The open concept living room and kitchen flow onto the spacious balcony, where you can cook on the gas grill and enjoy cocktails, or take a nap in the lake breeze. The kitchen is fully and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need during your stay, whether you're laying out a spread of appetizers or serving a multi-course dinner! A coffee bar and wine/beverage refrigerator offer additional convenience.
Gather in the living room for conversation or to enjoy streaming your favorite shows on the 65" Smart TV. Better yet, just sit and watch the wind swirl the harbor currents and listen to the playful calls of the seagulls.
Harbor Lights sleeps up to 7 guests. The primary bedroom has the harbor and lake view, a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom (the bunk room) has a queen bed, a twin XL bed, and two upper twin XL bunks. They're custom built and made for the comfort of adults! The 2nd bathroom has a tub/shower. There are roomy closets throughout the condo. Our duvets and pillows are down-alternative, and our bath and shower products are cruelty-free. Hair dryers and an iron and ironing board are furnished. There is a washer/dryer in the unit.
Step out the front door and spend the day at the private pool, or walk just a few minutes to Fontana's beautiful beach. Beach passes are included with your rental. You're steps from boat rentals, the lakefront restaurants, Chuck's and Gordy's, and from shopping along Fontana Boulevard. Other food and drink options include The Abbey Resort, The Little Bar, Kimkasi, and the fabulous Blue Heaven Ice Cream.
