This immaculate white villa is the gateway to your relaxing holidays!
It has it all: swimming pool, perfect location in a rather residential area, proximity to the sea (5 minutes by bike), it is surrounded by greenery and enjoys a wonderful view of the white Apuan Alps famous for the Carrara marble quarry.
Supermarket, tennis club and soccer are very close to home :) but in addition to this Versilia and Forte dei Marmi are ideal for sports lovers also for surfing and running.
The villa itself is surrounded by a large garden and thanks to the huge floor-to-ceiling windows you can enjoy the greenery even if you are inside the Villa. Space is no longer limited. Your eyes can look away.
Returning to the interior of the villa there are:
- 5 double bedrooms (all with private bathroom with shower)
- 2 double bedrooms (1 private bathroom 1 external bathroom with shower)
- 1 maid's room next to the laundry and kitchen (private bathroom with shower).
