A washer and dryer also available if you need to do laundry and the condo has central heat and air for your comfort.

The spacious upstairs master bedroom features a plush king bed, while the second bedroom includes a cozy queen bed—both outfitted with quality linens for a restful night's sleep.
Enjoy cooking or unwinding in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the essentials for preparing a home-cooked meal—or the perfect setup for enjoying takeout.
The living room is bright and inviting, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Kick back and stream your favorite shows on the Roku-enabled TV.
A washer and dryer is also available if you should need it during your stay. Parking is easy and flexible with access to the garage, driveway, or street parking. The garage can only be opened from inside the garage.

For the safety and security of our guests and our home, there are cameras overlooking the front and back entry doors and a doorbell camera that record with motion. You must be in good standing to book with us and have positive rental history and reviews. We do not rent to local Lubbock residents.
**Please do not have mail sent to this property as we do not have the mailbox keys. If you are needing something delivered from USPS, you will need to contact the local post office to make pickup arrangements.**
Parties and events are strictly prohibited at this property. If there is any violation to this policy, a fee of $500 will be charged immediately.
This property is NOT pet friendly so please plan of leaving your furry friends at home. There will not be any exceptions to this policy due to the owner's severe allergies and a fee of $250 will be automatically applied if you are caught in violation of this.
We supply freshly laundered linens, bedding, and towels for all of our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, and hand soap for a short stay. Long-term stays will need to replenish latter items at their own expense. Although often there will be a variety of condiments, such as coffee, etc we cannot guarantee what will be available.

Guest Access:
All areas of the house are available to guests with the exception of the locked cleaning closet.
Please do not have mail sent to the house. It is sent to a lockbox that we do not have the key for.
The Neighborhood:
This townhome is located in Northwest Lubbock just off 4th St and Frankford Ave. There is a Wal-Mart nearby as well as many other restaurants and shopping options. The Northwest Loop is less than a mile away which will allow guests to easily get anywhere in the city. Texas Tech University is only a 5-7 minute drive away.
Getting Around:
Lubbock is a large city in terms of land size, so a vehicle is recommended for your stay. If you don't have a vehicle, you can get away with using either Uber or Lyft rideshare services.

- No smoking inside the property.
- No excessive volume that would disturb the neighbors.
- Clean up after yourself. This includes all dishes and food items.
- If you break something, message us and let us know immediately.
Interaction with Guests:
Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay, please message us and we will be happy to assist.
