Le Domaine de Boudet is an old vineyard house with a surface of 400 m², located in the small village of Pezens 8 km from Carcassonne, its medieval city and the Canal du Midi, both listed as World Heritage by Unesco . Carefully restored with traditional materials, this country house Languedoc late 16th century can accommodate up to 17 people in the main house and its annex (old cellar and stables). Pool secured and heated (May to October), 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 bathroom, 5 toilets, private parking, garden (650 m²), all comfort: washing machine, dishwasher, 2 fridge / freezer, microwave, stove, oven, TV ....
The house and the swimming pool are completely private, you will not have to share them with other people. The pool area (200 m²) is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, the pool (9 x 4 m, flat bottom, 160 deep) with salt, is secured by a shutter.
This rental consists of 5 bedrooms (the bedding is new):

Bedroom 5: 1 bed 160 and 1 bed 140 plus an extra bed 90 (40 m² on the 1st floor of the annex with private bathroom).
Equipped kitchen with a Godin piano and an insert, dining room with fireplace, living room, playroom for children. The annex, is an old stable converted into a festive and friendly room with bar, beer shooter, wine cellar, fridge, sofa, table games, table football ...
