LIVING & DINING ROOM
The home opens on to a smart entrance hall, with a dining room towards the left. It is elegantly finished in powder blue with original cornicing details and pale wood flooring. The extendable dining table can comfortably seat 10 guests, with a lovely little relaxing area in the bay window. Through this room you can reach the sweeping living area, with its lovely blue and white wallpaper, elegant working fireplace (with logs available to use), and French doors letting light pour in from the garden beyond. There is also a plasma TV and plenty of interesting books that guests are free to browse.
KITCHEN
Through the main hall you can reach the large kitchen which sits towards the rear of the ground floor. It has ambient hanging lights above the kitchen units and unique features such as a magnetic knife strip, giving it the feel of a modern and swish coffee shop! Towards the end of the kitchen is a bright space with a little breakfast table that can seat four, and access to the wonderful garden. The size of the grassy garden is ideal for children to play in.
BEDROOM 2
Climb the stairs to the first level which holds a single bedroom ideal for an older child or teenager. There is a small desk and chair in the corner, with bright modern posters on the wall, and a lovely view of the garden. There is also a convenient little WC on this level, too.
PRINCIPAL BEDROOM
Further upstairs is the comfortable principal bedroom, with its beautiful stone fireplace directly across from the super king bed. Its minimal yet stylish décor includes dark wood flooring and a striking expressionist art piece.
