This Yacht has every item you need that an extremely well stocked Island Cottage has!!!! Once you reach your destination, you are in the Heart of the best real estate - being water access only - in Pointe au Baril, at the Hole in the Wall, and the most scenic of Georgian Bay with the Wind Swept Pines amongst the Granite Islands.
Sleeps 4 to 6 Adults with 2 Queen Bedrooms with 2 ensuite washrooms located at opposite ends of the Yacht for complete privacy, and pull out couch (double bed) in the LR (they can use the jack and Jill doors to the front ensuite) plus.. 3 to 5 Kids (can sleep on the top covered roof deck or o/s amongst the stars on the bow, or on the pull out couch in the LR.
Living room has a New 4K - 45" Samsung flat screen TV, Sony CD player (over 30 good movies, a few for kids), games, cards - should there be a really bad, cold rainy day, and you will find the inside very cozy, roomy and warm.

The Hole in the Wall has a small beach for toddlers or swimming and walking over to the Cliffs. There are the many more private Crown Land islands for Picnics and swims including Friendly island by the Open Water Georgian Bay.
If you have a good program for you GPS you can follow your bread crumb trail for night runs with caution. Its Easy.
ALL WINDOWS MUST BE KEPT CLOSED when leaving the boat for boat trips generally, as freak storms kick up.

Best of Boating amongst Wind Protected 30,000 Islands, Fishing amongst the mainly Crown 63Land Islands (meaning they are yours to use) you can explore for a Radius to 10 miles or 84more. If you are adventuresome on a calm day try South and North Limestone Islands (many fossils, a Dolomite pebbly beach, white water and a Bald Eagles nest).
The yacht is a very unique experience and in this case it is anchored about 10 miles from civilization and your vehicle - in a very strategic position, right where the best action is and amongst the beautiful islands - without the daily boat commute that the road access cottagers do every day to come out.
For your Information it costs $13,000 a year to maintain, store and run this Yacht a year - no different than a cottage price wise. The yacht new costs about $850,000.
The main washroom has some medicines:
First Aid Kit, Aspirin, Tylenol, Motion sickness tablets, tablets for Wasp bites should you get a bad infection. The washroom sinks and showers are grey water running into the lake (standard practice). The toilets have their own sewage holding tank.
The sunsets, sunrises (yes you get both) and pines you see in 3 of the photos were taken from where the yacht will be positioned! The 4 photos of the Hole in the Wall cliffs are a short swim away, or relax and hand paddle over in the 4 tubes provided. You are a medium distance from the pines that allows you to see their tree tops and their random irregularities..
There is a nursing station, ambulance station in Pointe au Baril for emergencies and the Parry Sound Hospital. Pointe au Baril has an LCBO and Beer Store and a Home Hardware Store with groceries, all being walking distance from the Town Docks. On the way up or if staying 2 weeks there are large grocery stores in Parry Sound if needed.
If you need gas your can get it at the Ojibway Club (expensive but convenient), Sturgeon Bay Marine, Payne's Marine or at Desmasdon's Marine.
Mosquitoes are minor as we are anchored about 300 feet from the pine treed islands. However like at cottages they sometimes are bothersome after sun down for an hr. The trick is to wear long pants and long sleeve shirts and socks. Then you only need to place a bit of deet mosquito repellant behind the ears, on the back of the neck and sometimes a few inches above the socks. and wrists. This way you avoid all the greasy chemicals and your skin can breath at night. Always keep a hand free. Usually they are only out for an hr (not many) and then gone when it cools down for your camp fire and star gazing. So after sun set, Ensure that you close all windows and doors. You never want 3 mosquitos in your bedroom. A couple you can swat before tucking under the sheets. All will then be perfect.
The living room is carpeted with a medium dark shade of tough carpeting to take care of spills and traffic but still warm under your feet. The 2 queen bedrooms have a lighter plus carpet for the adults. The Kitchen and 2 washrooms have varnished, teak parquet flooring. All paneling, clothes closets and drawers are of light to medium toned rich teak. You will find that the bedrooms have far more built in storage space for clothes than most home bedrooms. Not that you need them all, and there are also large make up mirrors with lights in each bedroom. The boat is designed for 2 couples as a short term live aboard in Florida or down south.
All mattresses are in excellent shape, The front bedrooms mattress is softer than the rears. And the front bedroom is closer to the kitchen and has 15 romantic 2700k mini lights hidden in the ceiling surround the bed.
