The owners of the gîte la Terrasse du Loir in La Flèche offer you a new property which is also located on the banks of the Loir. All the travelers of the first gîte (completed in 2021) are extremely delighted with the result.
We want to make this new place a reference in La Flèche. This gîte will be completed by April 2025 but it is currently possible to rent it only from July 1st to give yourself a safety margin. We are located 2km from La Flèche Zoo.
For an ideal stay with family or friends, this charming house with a capacity of 7 people (9 people with the sofa bed in the living room), is located on the banks of the river. The parking is an integral part of the property.
At your disposal, a beautiful living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with TV, sofa, pellet stove, free internet access. WC at the back of the kitchen.
We have a half-level (only seven steps) which serves three bedrooms plus a shower room with separate WC.
A sheltered terrace offering a magnificent view of the land and the river.
This place can accommodate good humor but not birthday parties or other evenings that would disturb the tranquility of the neighbors nearby. We are not in an isolated place.
Do not trust the photos of the interior, we have broken everything, modified everything, everything will be reorganized differently, the cottage will be brand new inside with a beautiful decoration.

Concerning the exteriors, we have a large parking lot (possibility of putting four cars), We want to make it a haven of peace so that our customers feel good as on the first cottage. We are redoing everything by installing a swimming pool with a 1.80m telescopic shelter to be warm if the weather is mixed. A beautiful terrace all around with deckchairs.
Below we will not forget the pétanque ground.
And the whole land will of course be surrounded by a beautiful rigid wire mesh fence (with blackout on the sides of the neighbors, no blackout on the river view), we will have a gate to access the Loir and of course a pontoon for lounging or for fishing enthusiasts.
