On the ground floor, it has a fitted kitchen (with oven, fridge-freezer) open to the living room (TV, speaker, decorative fireplace, sofa, Wifi), a bedroom with 1 bed of 140x190 cm and a dressing room, a bathroom with shower, washing machine and separate toilet, and on the 1st floor, a large mezzanine with 1 bed of 140x190.
Access to the swimming pool (shared with the owners) is via the communal garden: chlorine, unheated, dimensions 5X10m, depth 1.70m at the deepest, with entrance by steps, secured by an alarm and a fence, open from June to the end of September.
Bicycle storage possible in an outbuilding on site. Private parking in the communal courtyard.
