A very warm welcome to our beautiful cottage, a much loved property in the town of Brantôme en Périgord. Boasting 1 bedroom, plenty of living space inside and two terraces within an enclosed garden, this cottage makes the perfect holiday home for couples. Everything about this property has been well thought through to create a relaxing atmosphere and there is access to a shared swimming pool on site for your enjoyment.
You arrive up a quiet lane to park in your private parking area. You then enter into a very light and airy open plan room with a well equipped kitchen, dining area and living space. Take the spiral staircase downstairs to the shower room and a good sized bedroom with king size bed. Relax on the main private terrace whilst taking in the views of Brantome, listening to the abbey bells or retire to the sun loungers higher up the garden for an even more spectacular view and even a glimpse of the famous 7 AD abbey. The cottage is attached to the owners house but is completely private and there is access to a shared pool. It has a very peaceful position yet it is a less than a minute's walk into the heart of this beautiful old town on the banks of the Dronne, 20km from Perigueux.
