Stunning views of Georgian Bay with a resort-like feel to the thoughtful details included in this experience. With good privacy from all angles, this northwest exposure brings sun all day on the 3,000 sq. ft. outdoor natural granite patio with late early evening sun from the boathouse. The large property has 750-ft frontage, and a large 67 ft x 16 ft platform dock leading to the double boathouse with platform lifts. A small sandy area to the right of the boathouse for easy water entry for Kayaks and SUP users. Private concrete boat launch and parking for the trailers. The immediate area has excellent fishing with walleye, pike, bass, perch and more just out front.. The area has many nearby points of interest and destinations with cliff-jumping into the water, sandy public beaches and the historic lighthouse all within 15 mins boat ride, Maps are available at the marina along with directions - There are also several wrecks to discover for the avid scuba diver.
